Its mining division includes [Pronto](https://pronto.ai/atoms/), the autonomous-haulage company founded by former Uber engineer Anthony Levandowski, while [Atoms Transport](https://atoms.co/) is developing infrastructure and platforms for autonomous machines. ## Humanoid raises $152M [Humanoid closed a $152 million Series A](https://thehumanoid.ai/humanoid-raises-152-million-at-1-35-billion-post-money-valuation-becoming-europes-first-pure-play-humanoid-robotics-unicorn/) at a $1.35 billion post-money valuation, taking total funding to $270 million. The round was led by Prime Movers Lab, with Bosch and Schaeffler participating as strategic investors. [The capital will support](https://thehumanoid.ai/humanoid-raises-152-million-at-1-35-billion-post-money-valuation-becoming-europes-first-pure-play-humanoid-robotics-unicorn/) the start of mass manufacturing for its wheeled humanoids, beta deployments from Q4 2026 and continued development of its bipedal platform and KinetIQ control system. The home-robot company says its systems are operating in more than 500 homes and have accumulated over 50,000 service hours. Its platform covers data generation, policy training, evaluation and edge-case discovery. The team is [joining Fei-Fei Li’s World Labs](https://www.worldlabs.ai/blog/scenix), combining SceniX’s simulation and robotics work with World Labs’ spatial-intelligence and world-model technology. ### ZenaTech completes its 26th service acquisition [ZenaTech acquired BA Land Professionals](https://www.zenatech.com/zenatechs-drone-as-a-service-closes-26th-acquisition-of-an-ohio-based-land-surveying-company-licensed-in-four-states/), an Ohio surveying company licensed across Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee and North Carolina. The company has not disclosed a timetable, offering size or valuation, and no prospectus is public. [Reuters previously reported](https://www.investing.com/news/stock-market-news/exclusivechinese-robot-maker-agibot-plans-hong-kong-ipo-next-year-sources-say-4281085) that AgiBot had appointed CITIC Securities, CICC and Morgan Stanley for the proposed listing. [AgiBot said its 15,000th robot](https://www.agibot.com/article/231/detail/82.html) rolled off the line in June, less than three months after reaching 10,000. The total spans its full and wheeled humanoid platforms. Hong Kong alone [has at least 46 robotics-related companies in its IPO pipeline](https://www.reuters.com/commentary/breakingviews/unitree-previews-chinas-bleak-robot-reality-2026-06-11/), representing more than 10% of applicants, according to Bloomberg data. The move adds AgiBot to that wider listing wave alongside [Unitree’s Shanghai STAR Market route](https://www.reuters.com/commentary/breakingviews/unitree-previews-chinas-bleak-robot-reality-2026-06-11/) and [LimX Dynamics’ recent pre-IPO financing](https://www.limxdynamics.com/en/news/BK000064). ## Watchlist [Genesis AI is reportedly in talks](https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2026-07-23/robotics-startup-genesis-in-talks-to-raise-about-500-million) to raise about $500 million at a $3 billion pre-money valuation. Bloomberg reported that existing investor Premji Invest is discussing leading the round, with HSG and Northzone also considering participation. Talks remain ongoing, terms could change and no financing has been announced. [Genesis emerged from stealth in July 2025 with a $105 million seed round](https://www.genesis.ai/press/genesis-ai-emerges-from-stealth-with-dollar105m-to-build-universal-robotics-found) co-led by Eclipse and Khosla Ventures.
