About ACS Motion Control
SPiiPlus controllers coordinate many servo axes over EtherCAT while executing motion profiles, gantry correction and process events with deterministic timing. ACS also supplies servo drives and I/O modules, allowing machine builders to combine central control and distributed power electronics within one architecture.
The Motion Control Development Kit provides programming, tuning, diagnostics and simulation tools used to commission the finished machine. Applications include semiconductor stages, electronics assembly, laser processing and medical equipment where several axes, sensors and process triggers must remain synchronised at high speed.
