About AIM Robotics
AIM’s dispensing tools use an electric motor to control syringe or cartridge displacement directly, avoiding the compressed-air supply and pressure variation associated with pneumatic dispensing. The product range covers syringe-based units as well as larger cartridge and high-viscosity configurations.
For Universal Robots, the AIM URCap allows an operator to configure material delivery and record a dispensing path through the robot interface. The resulting system combines robot movement and fluid control for sealing, gluing, filling and coating processes, with the end effector supplied as an integrator-ready process tool rather than a complete production cell.
