About ALCA Technologies
ALCA Palletizer combines a Universal Robots arm with a lifting column, gripper, pallet sensors and application software. The lift extends the robot's working height to approximately 2.4 metres, allowing it to build taller pallets while handling boxes weighing up to 11.5 kilograms.
The system can service two pallets without stopping production and is rated for roughly five to eight placements per minute. Operators configure box dimensions and pallet patterns through the interface, with robot programming handled within the system. ALCA supplies design, installation and remote support, with standard projects delivered in approximately six to eight weeks.
