About Alva Industries
Alva Industries manufactures frameless electric motors using a proprietary FiberPrinting process that forms copper windings as thin, densely packed stator structures. The slotless construction produces smooth torque with minimal cogging and allows the stator to be integrated directly into a customer’s joint or mechanism. Motor diameter, winding, voltage and thermal configuration can be adapted around the host product.
Its STM family covers multiple frame sizes for robot joints, aerospace actuators, medical devices and precision industrial equipment. Alva supplies rotor and stator kits together with engineering support for electromagnetic selection, mechanical integration and thermal management. The company is expanding production capacity following its July 2026 financing to support growing prototype and series-manufacturing programmes.
