About Apptronik
Apollo 2 uses a modular upper body that can be mounted on legs or a wheeled base, allowing Apptronik to collect manipulation data before every deployment requires mature bipedal mobility. The platform combines force-controlled actuators, cameras, onboard compute and interchangeable end effectors for material handling and other industrial tasks.
Robot Park facilities and customer sites place multiple systems into repeated operating workflows, where autonomous attempts, teleoperated recovery and human demonstrations generate training material. Apptronik is developing the intelligence layer with Google DeepMind and testing deployments with partners including Mercedes-Benz and GXO. Apollo 3 is intended to carry the resulting hardware and model stack into larger commercial fleets.
