About Atomic Industries
Atomic Industries combines software, tooling production and injection moulding within one manufacturing workflow. Its system receives part geometry and production requirements, then models polymer flow, cooling and structural behaviour before the mould is cut. Automated design tools generate and optimise tooling features, while CNC machining and additive manufacturing produce the mould components.
The same organisation validates the tool and moves the customer into repeatable plastics production, reducing handoffs between design consultancies, mould makers and contract manufacturers. Production data and inspection results feed back into later tool revisions and process settings. Atomic is expanding this vertically integrated model from its Detroit-area facilities for customers that need rapid transition from a physical-product design to serial moulded parts.
