About Bonnen Battery
Bonnen Battery designs lithium packs around the voltage, capacity, peak current, dimensions and duty cycle of a mobile machine. It supplies LFP configurations where cycle life and thermal stability are prioritised and NMC packs where lower weight and higher energy density are more important. Integrated battery-management systems monitor cell voltage, temperature, current and state of charge and can communicate with the robot controller.
A customer provides the platform’s load profile, available compartment, charging method, environmental protection and required communications protocol. Bonnen then develops the electrical architecture, enclosure, wiring, BMS and charger interface before moving from samples into series production. Packs are used in AGVs, AMRs, robotic mowers, cleaning robots, forklifts and other equipment that repeatedly accelerates, carries loads and returns to automatic or fast-charging stations.
