About Bonsystems
Bonsystems develops compact cycloidal transmissions for robot joints. Its BSR reducers use a proprietary tooth profile and simplified internal structure to transmit high torque in a thin package; selected 070 and 080 products remove the separate roller pins used by conventional cycloidal mechanisms. The BSR 018 places the reduction architecture in an 18 mm-class miniature unit for smaller joints.
BCSA smart actuators integrate the reducer with a motor and control elements, allowing a robot designer to install a complete pre-aligned motion module. Customers choose between reducer-only and integrated configurations based on torque, rigidity, dimensions and control requirements. Bonsystems targets humanoid, collaborative, quadruped and industrial robots and is expanding production capacity following recent financing.
