Bucket Robotics turns CAD models into production inspection systems before a camera is installed. Its model factory creates synthetic training scenes from part geometry and known failure modes, supporting defect detection, assembly verification, counting, serialization and dimensional checks without a large labelled image campaign.
The deployed system runs edge inference on standard cameras and on-premise compute, while retaining per-part history, model versions and an inspection audit trail. Bucket starts with a time-boxed station pilot and then scales the same part-native model across facilities.
