About Burro
Burro builds autonomous mobile platforms that learn outdoor routes through a “pop-up autonomy” workflow. A worker guides the robot along the desired path, after which cameras, LiDAR and positioning systems allow it to repeat that route and follow people or vehicles. The original Burro and Grande 15 support transport and towing across farms, nurseries and mixed indoor–outdoor sites.
Grande 44 expands the architecture into heavier work with a stated 1,500 lb payload, towing capacity up to 6,000 lb and optional 40 kWh battery. Four stereo-camera pairs, 360-degree LiDAR and RTK positioning support navigation for transport, mowing, spraying and patrol configurations. Burro supplies the mobile base and autonomy while customers or partners add the required bed, trailer or task equipment.
