About Carbic

Carbic develops clamp-on ultrasonic sensing for pipes carrying oil, gas, water and other fluids. Its devices transmit acoustic signals through the pipe wall and record how those signals change with flow conditions, allowing measurements to be collected without cutting into the line or installing wetted instrumentation.

Sensor fleets send raw measurements through cellular or satellite links to Carbic’s servers, where physics models, signal processing and anomaly-detection software estimate fluid volume, speed and operating changes. The system is intended for remote infrastructure where operators need continuous information on production, leakage, theft or abnormal flow without frequent site visits.
