About CHAOS Industries
CHAOS Industries develops distributed radar and sensing systems for air defence. Its Vanquish product is an expeditionary distributed early-warning radar, while Astria provides long-range precision tracking and persistent surveillance. Both use the company's Coherent Distributed Networks architecture, which links time-synchronised nodes for cooperative processing and interoperability with larger command-and-control systems.
In July 2026 CHAOS acquired Atropos Group, a vertically integrated developer of autonomous aircraft, and created a new aerospace division. Atropos co-founder Vince Dutcavich was appointed to lead the division, while co-founder Colin Carroll became CHAOS chief growth officer. The acquisition broadened CHAOS from sensing into autonomous aircraft, interceptors and related defence effects; financial terms were not disclosed.
