Destinus develops aircraft, propulsion, avionics and manufacturing capacity across its Hornet, Ruta, Kryla and Vorexon programmes. Hornet is a multi-role autonomous aircraft for counter-UAS, strike, reconnaissance and communications-relay missions. A shared technical architecture allows flight-control, mission and payload functions to move across several platform families.

Shield AI integrated Hivemind with Hornet’s flight-control architecture during a two-month campaign completed in March 2026. The software altered routes around geofenced areas updated during flight and established the platform as the first baseline for wider heterogeneous teaming. Destinus combines this autonomy work with vertically integrated European production, including serial turbojet manufacture and programme partnerships with allied defence companies.
