About Epson Robots
Epson Robots supplies precision factory-automation systems centred on SCARA and six-axis robot arms. The range includes compact all-in-one SCARAs, high-speed production models, space-saving articulated arms, controllers and Epson RC+ development software.
The robots are used for assembly, handling, dispensing, inspection, packaging and other repetitive manufacturing work, with vision, force guidance and conveyor tracking available as integrated options. Epson reports more than 150,000 robots deployed over more than four decades; the figure is cumulative. Epson Robots is the automation operation of Seiko Epson within the parent company’s wider printer, projector and electronics business.
