Esatroll designs automated vehicles around the load and transfer mechanism required by the plant. Its portfolio includes low-profile lifting platforms, counterbalanced and reach-style vehicles, towing systems, chain or roller-deck carriers and automated warehouse shuttles. Laser and inertial navigation guide vehicles through established facilities without requiring a continuous buried rail or fixed conveyor.
Fleet-supervision software receives material requests, assigns vehicles, controls traffic and coordinates charging and interaction with doors, conveyors and production equipment. Esatroll engineers the vehicle, load interface and surrounding installation as one project, then provides commissioning and support. The Swiss company reports more than three decades of operation and a catalogue of roughly 45 vehicle and logistics-system configurations serving manufacturing and warehousing sites internationally.
