About Fabheads
Fabheads' fibre-printing process places continuous carbon reinforcement directly along the load paths of a component without cutting the complete part from stacked sheets. Automated fibre placement and hybrid fabrication combine printed reinforcement with conventional composite processes where additional surface finish, thickness or geometry is required.
The company provides design, tooling, prototyping and production around aerospace, defence, mobility and industrial components. Automating fibre placement reduces hand lay-up, material offcuts and dependence on expensive moulds, supporting lighter structures and shorter iteration cycles from an initial CAD design to qualified composite hardware.
