About Flyability

Flyability designs inspection drones around a protective cage that can contact walls, pipes and other structures without immediately ending the flight. Elios 3 combines the collision-tolerant airframe with LiDAR, visual and thermal cameras and SLAM-based localisation for tanks, boilers, mines, sewers and other GPS-denied interiors. Payload options add ultrasonic thickness measurement and gas sensing for specialised inspections.

A trained pilot flies the drone through the asset while the system records imagery and maps each observation to its position. Inspector software and Flyability Cloud organise inspection points, measurements and three-dimensional models for engineering review and repeated comparison. Customers purchase the equipment with training and support through Flyability or its distribution network, replacing selected confined-space entry and scaffolding with remote data collection.
