Hunan Quanyu builds enclosed robotic cells for removing gates, flash and surface defects from iron and other metal castings. A typical system combines an industrial arm, part-location or recognition hardware, abrasive or cutting tools and process-control software. Force and trajectory control keep the tool engaged with irregular cast surfaces while fixtures and guarding contain debris and separate operators from the grinding process.
