About idealworks
AnyFleet provides a manufacturer-independent control layer for heterogeneous mobile-robot fleets, while iw.sim allows logistics processes and deployments to be tested digitally. More than 850 iw.hub vehicles operate across BMW production sites, giving the platform a material industrial installed base.
Founded as a BMW Group spinoff in 2020, idealworks became wholly owned by Agile Robots in September 2025 while BMW remained a long-term partner. That ownership brings the intralogistics stack into a broader robotics group without erasing idealworks as the operating product company. NVIDIA has also named it as an Isaac Perceptor adopter.
