About IUNA AI
IUNA's Weld Inspector combines cameras, controlled lighting, an AI server and PLC integration to inspect weld seams directly on the production line. The system detects missing, misplaced and visually defective welds and links the result with the individual component moving through the factory.
Assembly Inspector applies the same architecture to presence checks, dimensional features, OCR and code verification. IUNA trains the models around the customer's parts and process, then integrates the inspection station with existing line controls and quality systems for automated inspection of every component.
