Jianjia Medical’s orthopaedic platforms begin with CT-based preoperative planning that reconstructs patient anatomy and defines implant position, bone cuts or instrument trajectories. During surgery, optical tracking and image-registration software align that plan with the patient, while the robotic arm constrains execution through virtual boundaries and real-time feedback. The architecture is intended to preserve the surgeon’s control while reducing deviations between the planned and completed procedure.

Arthrobot is used for joint-replacement workflows, while the YOZX platform extends the same planning, navigation and robotic-execution stack across hip, knee, spine and trauma indications. Jianjia also provides remote teaching and case-support tools that connect surgical teams with specialist guidance. Jianjia reported more than 10,000 robot-assisted procedures by November 2025 and deployments across more than 1,000 hospitals, placing its systems in routine clinical use rather than solely in research trials.
