About ME-Meßsysteme
ME-Meßsysteme’s K6D and F6D sensors measure forces along three axes and moments around three axes within one body. Strain gauges convert small mechanical deformations into electrical signals, and an individual calibration matrix translates the six raw bridge outputs into usable force-and-torque values.
The sensors can mount between a robot wrist and end effector through standard flange patterns. GSV measurement electronics then amplify, digitise and transmit the readings through interfaces including CAN, EtherCAT and USB, supporting force control, assembly, polishing, testing and collision monitoring. The company also calibrates sensors through its accredited German laboratory.
