About NARMA
NARMA develops electric dual-tiltrotor VTOL aircraft and the flight software used to operate them beyond visual line of sight. Founded in 2018 as the first research-institute company spun out of the Korea Aerospace Research Institute, it commercialised KARI tiltrotor technology through the AF100 and now markets AF100, AF200 and AF400 families for public safety, medical and logistics transport, surveillance and defence logistics.
The company combines airframes with PXN autopilot software, detect-and-avoid, mission AI, communications and ground-control systems. NARMA has a United States subsidiary in Corpus Christi and said in January 2026 that AF100 was undergoing AUVSI Green UAS review; that disclosure described an active compliance process, not a completed approval.
