Nash sits between order systems and delivery providers, evaluating each request against geography, cost, timing, capacity and operating constraints. Its orchestration engine can select an internal driver, conventional courier, autonomous ground vehicle or drone and then manage dispatch, tracking, customer communication and exception handling through one workflow.
The provider network includes Flytrex, Autolane and Starship alongside ground carriers. In Dallas–Fort Worth, eligible orders can be routed to Flytrex aircraft while unsuitable destinations or failed drone assignments move to a ground courier without requiring a separate merchant integration. Nash supplies APIs, operational dashboards and managed delivery configuration.
