About OakDeer Robotics
OakDeer’s cooking systems use a fixed wok, electromagnetic heating, automated ingredient and seasoning delivery, and a planetary stirring mechanism that reaches across the cooking surface. Recipes encode the order, temperature and duration of each step, allowing a kitchen to reproduce a dish without relying on an operator to manage heat or mixing continuously. The range includes compact Small Cannon units, Rocket 400 and larger Medium Cannon systems for different batch sizes and service volumes.
Restaurants and institutional kitchens load prepared ingredients, select a digital recipe and receive the finished dish through an automated discharge sequence. The company also supports recipe digitisation and operating data so chains can standardise output across sites while central teams update menus and processes.
