About Rerun
Rerun develops an open-source SDK and data layer for multi-rate, multimodal robotics data. The toolchain can log, store, convert, query, transform and visualise data, with C++, Python and Rust interfaces and column-chunk storage in RRD files. Teams can extend the viewer with their own views, tools and annotations.
The software sits across the physical-AI data loop: engineers inspect recordings, debug detail-level issues, query datasets with dataframe or SQL operations, and prepare transformed data for training. Rerun Hub is presented as production infrastructure around that data layer. It is software for building and understanding robot systems, not the autonomy or sensing hardware itself.
