About SERMAZ
The Lactalis cell uses a Universal Robots UR10 to palletise finished goods and apply tape within a food-production environment. SERMAZ integrated the arm with tooling, fixtures and controls so both tasks fit the site's existing material flow.
Mechanical, electrical, automation and fine-sheet-metal work are handled by in-house teams. That combination allows the company to manufacture the surrounding machine structure and line modules as well as program and commission the robot application.
