ADAPTIV ASRS is designed to automate warehouse storage without requiring a purpose-built building or proprietary rack structure. Mobile robots operate on or around standard racking and can be configured for person-to-goods, goods-to-person or vertical-lift workflows. Double-deep storage and flexible system height allow the installation to use available floor and vertical space within existing facilities.

SIMPL begins with the customer’s inventory profile, order flow, rack layout and throughput requirement, then selects the robot and presentation method for each zone. A brownfield site can introduce automation in stages, preserving existing processes while individual aisles or workflows are converted. Software coordinates storage locations, robot missions and workstation demand, allowing the system to expand as order volume grows without replacing the complete installation.
