About SK hynix

SK hynix develops memory and storage across the main layers of modern computing. Its DRAM products provide working memory for servers, PCs, mobile devices and embedded systems; high-bandwidth memory stacks multiple DRAM dies beside AI accelerators to increase data throughput; and NAND flash is packaged into managed storage and solid-state drives. The portfolio also includes automotive memory, server modules and compact memory modules for AI systems.

For robotics and physical AI, these components sit upstream of the deployed machine. HBM supplies accelerator clusters used to train and serve large models, server DRAM supports simulation and inference, and automotive or embedded products provide local memory and storage onboard vehicles and robots. SK hynix completed HBM4 development in 2025 and began mass shipments in the second quarter of 2026. Its NAND and enterprise-SSD position is extended through Solidigm, the US subsidiary created from the acquired Intel NAND and SSD business.
