About Stabilus
Stabilus develops motion-control components and systems for automotive, industrial and automation customers. Its portfolio includes gas springs, hydraulic dampers, vibration-isolation products and electromechanical drives, backed by manufacturing and assembly operations across Europe, the Americas and Asia.
In July 2026 Stabilus and Synapticon announced a jointly developed line of integrated actuators for humanoids and other robots. Stabilus will contribute mechanical design, sourcing, industrialisation, manufacturing, assembly and logistics, while Synapticon supplies drive electronics, sensors, software and functional-safety technology. Small-series European production is planned for 2027 and large-scale North American production as early as 2028; these are future manufacturing targets, not operating capacity.
