About Starpath Robotics

Starpath Robotics is developing a sequence of lunar systems that convert local resources into operating infrastructure. Shadow Voyager is designed to enter permanently shadowed regions near the lunar south pole, where conventional solar-powered vehicles cannot work continuously, and scout for accessible water ice. Its Autonomous Lunar Ice Prospecting Rover is intended to deploy equipment, excavate icy regolith and transport that material to a processing site.

The longer-term architecture joins those robots with Starlight Solar power systems and propellant-production equipment. Water recovered from regolith can be split into hydrogen and oxygen for rocket propellant, reducing the mass that repeat missions must launch from Earth. Starpath describes the prospecting rover as capable of deploying 240 kg of cargo and moving hundreds of kilograms of icy material, with the first system targeted for readiness in the third quarter of 2026. The company therefore supplies robotic infrastructure for a sustained lunar logistics chain rather than a single exploration rover.
