UNIT AI develops compact, modular warehouse automation for individual-item ecommerce fulfilment and returns. Its system combines palm-sized mobile robots, a configurable storage structure and predictive inventory software to store, retrieve and manage items within existing warehouse footprints. The company targets warehouses, third-party logistics providers and retailers.
In July 2026 UNIT AI raised $12 million in a round co-led by Dynamo Ventures, Prologis Ventures and Ground Up Ventures. The company said the capital would expand deployment capacity, product development and commercial growth across North America. Co-founder Guy Glass previously co-founded Caja Robotics, which was acquired by Fives in 2025.
