Visable mounts a camera on a Universal Robots arm and stores inspection recipes containing robot poses, camera exposure, lighting and image-processing steps. The arm moves the sensor between required viewpoints, allowing one cell to inspect several surfaces and features around the same component.
Users configure presence checks, measurements, surface inspection and code reading in inspection recipes that store the robot and vision steps for each view. Results are recorded for traceability and can be transferred into production and quality systems, supporting flexible inspection of changing products and lower-volume assemblies.
