About X-Up
X-Up’s initial robots focus on detailed golf-course repair. CHE:UM uses vision and LiDAR to navigate fairways, locate divots and complete the sand-filling and compaction process, including unattended night work. SE:UM is a lighter platform for greens, where it identifies and repairs ball marks while limiting loading on sensitive turf. An automatic mapping system shortens site setup before the robots begin operating.
The software layer combines course maps, robot status and field-condition data so managers can identify damaged areas and direct work across a large property. X-Up is extending the same outdoor perception and mobility stack into agriculture, public-space management, defence and security. Its 2026 partnership with Meissa joins ground robots with drone and satellite mapping, allowing aerial observations to identify field conditions and the robot to travel to the selected location and perform the physical task.
