Zongwei Automation’s magnetic-drive transport systems move independent carriers through production equipment without a shared belt or mechanical chain. Linear-motor sections control each carrier directly, allowing products to accelerate, stop, queue and change spacing according to the process. Non-contact propulsion reduces wear and contamination, making the architecture suitable for high-speed assembly and environments with demanding cleanliness requirements.

The sTrak family includes straight, circular, heavy-load and branching configurations, together with hybrid layouts that connect different track geometries. Zongwei Studio is used to configure motion profiles and synchronise transport with robots, inspection stations and dispensing or assembly equipment. A machine builder can therefore design process time around each workpiece rather than forcing every item to travel at one conveyor speed. The platform sits inside electronics, battery, medical and other advanced-manufacturing lines as a programmable material-flow layer between individual automation stations.
