About Edda
Edda uses passive acoustic sensors to estimate the direction of an approaching FPV drone without transmitting a detectable signal. A vision model then acquires and tracks the aircraft as it enters the engagement area, with radar available as an additional sensing layer.
A fast pan-and-tilt mechanism aims a shotgun-based effector for short-range point defence. The approximately 23-kilogram system is designed to protect small units and fixed assets, with a human operator retaining engagement authority.
