About AEye Apollo

AEye Apollo uses software-defined scanning to adjust field of view, point density, resolution and range through software. The compact 1550-nanometre lidar provides a maximum 120-degree field of view, up to 6.4 million points per second and detection distances reaching one kilometre.

Its low-profile package supports windshield, roof, grille and infrastructure installations. OPTIS perception software classifies hazards from Apollo point clouds, with NVIDIA DRIVE AGX providing a supported compute environment. AEye and manufacturing partner LITEON are preparing the sensor for production customer programmes.
