About SCOUT 2.0
SCOUT 2.0 is a four-wheel skid-steer mobile base with independent 200 W motors and double-wishbone suspension. The chassis carries up to 50 kilograms, reaches approximately 1.67 metres per second and operates for around 3.5 hours under specified conditions. Its suspension and 10-centimetre obstacle capability support movement across indoor floors and moderate outdoor terrain.
T-slot rails and electrical interfaces allow developers to install lidar, cameras, manipulators and application equipment. CAN communication and AgileX’s software development resources support integration with ROS and custom autonomy stacks. The platform is sold for research, inspection, security and mobile-robot development, with batteries, controllers and sensor configurations available through AgileX.
