About U030 Flexrotor
U030 Flexrotor is Airbus's Group 2 tactical vertical-take-off uncrewed aircraft for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance. The 25 kg aircraft launches and recovers autonomously from a compact area on land or at sea and carries electro-optical or other mission sensors.
Airbus publishes a typical 12-to-14-hour mission duration and supports military, maritime, search-and-rescue, parapublic and civil applications. Payload selection and operating configuration affect endurance, and current operational status is documented separately for each customer programme.
