About Brightpick Autopicker 2.0

Autopicker 2.0 combines autonomous tote transport with an integrated manipulator for in-aisle order picking. Three-dimensional vision, lidar and tactile sensing identify items, select grasps and verify placement while the robot moves between storage locations.

Brightpick reports average throughput of 70–80 picks per hour, supported by faster manipulation, travel and picking-in-motion. The robot also performs replenishment, consolidation, buffering and goods-to-person transport. Intuition software coordinates task planning and fleet movement. Brightpick offers the system through a robot-as-a-service model.
