About RPS 25
RPS 25 is built on a Caterpillar 325 excavator base and operates as the positioning companion to RPD 35. RTK GPS and LiDAR fusion locate the specified foundation point, after which the stabilising mechanism holds the steel pile at the required height, rotation and vertical alignment while the separate pile driver applies the hammer force.
The system supports W6, W8 and W10 pile types, with typical twist and plumbness accuracy of ±1 degree and a reveal window of up to 10 feet. Pairing the two machines separates precision alignment from high-force driving while keeping both processes within one autonomous workflow. Built deploys RPS 25 and RPD 35 together through its robot-as-a-service programme as a paired installation system.
