About Casbot 02
Casbot 02 is a full-size biped built around a biomimetic metal skeleton, lightweight exterior structures and more than 40 degrees of freedom. Its joint network communicates at up to 2 kHz and supports real-time force control, allowing the whole-body controller to coordinate balance, walking and upper-body interaction. Wi-Fi 6E and 5G links connect the onboard edge system with cloud services where required.
The software stack is layered from joint and whole-body control through an atomic-action library and higher-level action models. Developers can combine those primitives into walking, gesture and public-interaction behaviours without commanding every motor directly. CASBOT offers the platform for service, education and commercial demonstrations, with the related 02 Lite aimed at secondary development. The system combines upright mobility, expressive interaction and software extensibility for service, education and commercial demonstrations.
