About Cinnamon 1
Cinnamon 1 is a bipedal humanoid that combines a bipedal body with Donut's vision-language-action software, allowing the robot to interpret visual context, language instructions and gestures before producing a physical response. Silent Gesture Control gives users an additional interaction channel when speech is impractical or undesirable.
Donut is developing the intelligence and control software in Japan while the current body is produced through an overseas manufacturing partner. The company is positioning Cinnamon for service, security and workplace applications and has begun introducing it to Japanese corporate users.
