About NJ-165-3.0
NJ-165-3.0 combines a three-metre arm span with a wrist sized for medium-heavy components and process equipment. Its kinematic structure supports repeated point-to-point handling and continuous paths for cutting, welding, sealing and machining. Protected joints and wrist assemblies support operation in automotive, metalworking and foundry production areas.
Floor and ceiling installation options allow the robot to work above equipment or between machines while preserving access to the cell. Comau supplies the arm with controllers, safe-motion options, programming software and integration support for tracks, positioners, tooling and factory networks. The model is used in production lines that require broad reach with lower moving mass than Comau’s largest heavy-payload robots.
