About NJ-500-2.7

NJ-500-2.7 is built around a large six-axis mechanical structure with high wrist torque and capacity for an additional forearm load. It positions dies, castings, vehicle structures, fixtures and other heavy assemblies while preserving full wrist orientation. IP65 body protection and an IP67 wrist support work in foundries and process-intensive production areas.

The robot is generally installed on a reinforced floor and can be combined with linear tracks, rotary tables and coordinated handling cells. Comau supplies controllers, programming tools, safe-motion functions and application engineering for complete installations. Its 500 kg capacity places the model in automated processes where conventional material-handling robots cannot carry the required component or tooling mass.
