About SPECTRA
SPECTRA uses seven independently controlled thrusters for stable positioning and lateral movement in strong currents. Its factory-calibrated rotating head combines stereo 12-megapixel imaging, 4K video and a 300,000-lumen lighting system for inspection, metrology and photogrammetry.
The base platform is rated to 300 metres and can be upgraded to 1,000 metres. Optional 3D sonar SLAM generates live point clouds in turbid water. A fibre tether supplies continuous power, gigabit communications and up to one kilowatt for NDT tools and external sensors.
