About Gather AI System

Gather AI uses commercially available autonomous drones to fly warehouse aisles and photograph pallet locations, labels and rack conditions. The aircraft navigates without new fixed infrastructure and can scan upper storage positions without placing a worker on a lift truck. Computer vision reads licence-plate numbers and other identifiers, detects empty or occupied locations and compares the observation with the expected inventory record.

Results are presented through a cloud inventory layer and can be reconciled with the warehouse-management system so staff can investigate mismatches, damaged stock or misplaced pallets. Gather has expanded the same platform to include cameras mounted on forklifts, combining autonomous drone scans with observations gathered during normal material movement. Its Sage reasoning tools turn detected discrepancies into prioritised workflows for operators.
