About SAFEFlex Industrial Lithium Batteries
SAFEFlex batteries are modular lithium-ion systems for forklifts, automated guided vehicles and other industrial mobile equipment. Ballasted and non-ballasted configurations replace lead-acid packs across different vehicle classes while retaining the weight, voltage and enclosure requirements of the host machine.
A distributed battery-management system monitors cells, temperature, current and safety functions and connects through Wi-Fi for diagnostics and operating data. Fast and opportunity charging allow vehicles to recharge during breaks without scheduled battery exchange, while serviceable internal modules allow technicians to repair the pack. Green Cubes supplies the battery, charger integration and application engineering around the vehicle fleet.
