About HEBI Mobile IO
HEBI Mobile IO presents configurable joysticks, sliders, buttons and status indicators on a phone or tablet connected to the same network as a HEBI robot. Application software reads the interface through HEBI’s APIs and maps each control to base movement, arm joints, modes or task commands. Mobile-device orientation and motion sensors can also provide input.
The app gives developers a portable control panel for commissioning, teleoperation and field testing without building separate hardware. HEBI uses it as the standard operator interface for systems including the Tready tracked base. Customers can alter the control layout and robot-side code for individual research, inspection and manipulation platforms.
